目的 探讨良性听觉刺激对新生儿脑氧合代谢和脑血流动力学的影响。 方法 采用近红外光谱仪观察32 例健康新生儿( 音乐组) 接受良性听觉刺激( 舒缓音乐) 后脑额叶皮质区域氧合血红蛋白( Hb02) ,还原血红蛋白(Hb) ,总血红蛋白(tHb) 变化,并与未接受音乐刺激的同组新生儿进行比较。 结果 音乐组刺激后脑前额叶皮质区域 HbO2 ,Hb ,tHb 明显上升( P< 0 .05) ,而且 Hb O2 ,Hb ,tHb 上升程度明显高于对照组( P< 0 .001) 。 结论 良性听觉刺激可以促进新生儿脑前额皮质区域氧合代谢和脑血流量增加
Objective To investigate the effects of benign auditory stimulation on neonatal cerebral oxygenation metabolism and cerebral hemodynamics. Methods The changes of hemoglobin (Hb02), hemoglobin (Hb) and total hemoglobin (Hb) in the frontal cortex of 32 healthy newborns (music group) under benign auditory stimulation (soothing music) were observed by near infrared spectroscopy. The same group of newborns who did not receive music stimulation were compared. Results The levels of HbO2, Hb and tHb in the prefrontal cortex were significantly increased in the music group (P <0.05), and the levels of Hb O2, Hb and tHb in the music group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.001). Conclusions The benign auditory stimulation can promote oxygenation metabolism and increase of cerebral blood flow in neonatal prefrontal cortex
