太原市始终把人才工作作为基础性、战略性工程,实施创新驱动、人才兴市战略,优化创新生态,强化服务保障,以最大诚意打造人才集聚强磁场,尽最大努力建设人才培育孵化器,为高质量转型发展赋能增势.rn聚人才蓄能量,竭诚招揽四海英才rn制定《关于深化人才发展体制机制改革加快推进创新驱动转型升级的实施意见》,出台50余项含金量高、吸引力强的“硬核”政策,形成了1+X的人才政策体系.市委、市政府连续三年每年投入10亿元人才发展资金、10亿元科技创新资金,新增10亿元工业转型升级资金、5亿元新动能发展资金,激发各类人才创新创造创业活力.人才政策实施以来,全市引进人才及家属近10万人,省会城市的人才集聚效应逐步显现.
