1997年以来,我们共办理领导批示件150多件,做到了件件有回音,事事有着落,受到了市委领导的高度评价和人民群众的称赞.对如何办好领导批示件,充分发挥督查部门完善领导决策的参谋助手作用,我们体会最深的就是要做到“举一反三”,绝不就事论事.我们注重通过办理一些具有典型性、倾向性、代表性的批示件认真总结规律性的东西,提出合理建议,并力争使建议进入领导决策,从而达到促进解决面上同类问题的目的.一般来说,市委领导交督查部门办理的事项大都具有老、大、难问题特点.办理这类事项,我们十分注重“举一反三”.

We pay great attention to “giving top priority to the other.”
