中职学校的职业道德素养评价是推动中职学生职业道德素养提升,确保中职毕业生成为合格的高素质劳动者的重要因素。本文提出了中职学校学生职业道德素养“嵌入式”动态评价方法,并对相关概念及其原理进行了阐释,分析了职业道德素养评价的作用、评价的原则和要求、主体和方式,讨论了中职学生职业道德素养评价的内容和标准的建立,以此倡导改善目前的中职职业道德素养评价现状。
The evaluation of vocational morality in secondary vocational schools is an important factor in promoting the improvement of professional ethics in secondary vocational schools and ensuring that secondary vocational school graduates become qualified high-quality laborers. In this paper, the author puts forward the method of dynamic evaluation of vocational morality and embeddedness in secondary vocational school students. It also explains the related concepts and principles, analyzes the role of professional ethics, evaluation principles and requirements, subject and method, Discussed the content and standard of secondary vocational students’ professional ethics accomplishment evaluation, in order to advocate to improve the current status of secondary vocational morality evaluation.
