(二) 陽極泥的脱銅 在現代处理陽極泥的实際工作中,脫銅是一個開始的準備作業,其目的是要更全面地除銅,並部分地除去陽極泥中的銻和砷。含有大量的銅不僅使陽極泥的進一步处理複雜化,並且也降低貴金屬的回收程度。 開於除銅的方法,有机械的和化学的两种。机械的方法是自陽極泥析出銅的大粒夾雜物,為此,陽極泥要用篩子或分級机处理。用分級法只能將铜的大顆粒部分分離出來,至於因一價硫酸銅反应所生成的粉狀銅则是处於細粉狀態,並且只有用化学方法才能將其析出。 CU_2SO_4→Cu+CuSO_4, 自陽極泥回收銅有如下的方法:
