Among the five different molecular types of AChE isolated from cotton bollworm, the sensitivity of 2.1s and 8.7sAChE resistant lines to physostigmine was significantly lower than that of susceptible lines, and the head I50 values of adult insects varied by 1 86.3 and 84.8 times respectively, Larvae I50 values were 1 0 1 0 times and 1 0 5 times.
