外国科学家研究显示,温室效应让海洋的温度不断升高,同时人类排放到海洋中的有毒垃圾也越来越多,导致珊瑚礁被破坏,而含有雪卡毒素的藻类植物则生长繁茂。小鱼吃了有毒海藻后,大鱼再吃小鱼,毒素随之积聚在大鱼体内。珊瑚鱼虽然越大越名贵,但毒性也会越大。专家提醒,为安全起见,不要吃鱼的内脏。其原因是雪卡毒素大多积聚在鱼类的肝脏、胆、卵等内脏,通过加热、冷藏及晒干等办法皆不能把毒素清除。需要提醒的是,食用时还要避免同时喝酒
