目的晚期血吸虫病可发生肝纤维化门静脉高压,上消化道出血和肝性昏迷等并发症。它是一个长期、反覆的发展过程,临床治疗难度大。有研究认为,Th细胞参与晚期血吸虫病肝纤维化的形成,其在宿主体内的免疫应答过程中起调节作用,以Th2免疫应答为主时,即可形成肝纤维化。近年来研究发现Th17/Treg细胞平衡失调可能在由血吸虫卵引起的异常免疫应答及免疫病理损害中起一定作用。对晚期血吸虫病肝纤维化中Th17/Treg失衡及其作用的研究进展进行综述。
Objective The advanced schistosomiasis can occur complications of hepatic fibrosis portal hypertension, upper gastrointestinal bleeding and hepatic coma. It is a long-term, repeated development process, clinical treatment is difficult. Some studies suggest that Th cells involved in the formation of advanced liver fibrosis in schistosomiasis, which plays a regulatory role in the host immune response process, the Th2 immune response, the formation of liver fibrosis. In recent years, studies have found that imbalance of Th17 / Treg cells may play an important role in the abnormal immune response and immunopathological damage caused by schistosome eggs. The progress on the imbalance of Th17 / Treg in liver fibrosis and its role in advanced schistosomiasis is reviewed.
