从政府、客户、供应商、环境、社会等角度,重构企业法律、经济、伦理、慈善四个维度社会责任指标,把披露履行社会责任信息作为社会责任尽责管理的衡量标准,以2013~2015年跨国供应链上市企业为样本,分析尽责与未尽责管理下企业当期及滞后期社会责任对财务绩效指标托宾Q值和资产报酬率的影响。研究发现:尽责管理下当期法律、客户责任与托宾Q值呈负相关关系;当期供应商、员工责任与托宾Q值呈正相关关系;当期客户责任与资产报酬率呈负相关关系;股东责任与资产报酬率呈正相关关系;供应商、员工、股东、伦理和慈善责任对企业绩效存在滞后效应,且尽责管理下履行社会责任对企业财务绩效的影响比未尽责管理下的影响显著。
From the perspectives of government, customers, suppliers, environment and society, we reconstruct the corporate social responsibility indicators of legal, economic, ethical and philanthropic dimensions and take the disclosure and fulfillment of social responsibility information as a measure of responsible management of social responsibility. Year multinational supply chain listed companies as an example to analyze the current and lagged corporate social responsibility under the responsible and unscrupulous management of the financial performance indicators Tobin’s Q value and return on assets impact. The study found that: under the due diligence of the current law, customer responsibility and Tobin Q value was negatively correlated; the current supplier, employee liability and Tobin Q value was positively correlated; current customer liability and return on assets was negatively correlated; shareholder responsibility And the return on assets have a positive correlation; suppliers, employees, shareholders, ethics and charitable responsibilities have a lag effect on business performance, and the impact of fulfilling social responsibility on corporate financial performance under fulfilling management is more significant than that under unreasonable management.
