When using and designing a physical instrument that uses a gas discharge counter tube, the count characteristics of the counter tube must be determined. This measurement can be automated with the device shown in Figure 1. This set of equipment includes: -64 type counting instrument and -09 automatic recording potentiometer. In the -64 instrument, two additional stages are equipped - a pulse amplifier and a tube voltmeter (Figure 2). Pulse amplifier consists of 6H8C dual transistor. The second part of the transistor is connected to the cathode follower circuit and the signal is directed from the cathode output to the integrator.
