目的探讨血清同型半胱氨酸水平与2型糖尿病(DM)患者发生视网膜病变的关系。方法选取2型DM并发视网膜病变患者25例和单纯2型DM患者43例(无任何并发症)为观察组,另选择36例门诊健康体检者作为正常对照组。检测所有受检对象的血中同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖以及糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C),并对结果进行分析。结果 2型DM合并视网膜病变患者血清Hcy浓度为(15.45±8.64)μmol/L,明显高于正常对照组(8.56±1.43)μmol/L和无并发症组(9.43±2.18)μmol/L(P均<0.01)。结论同型半胱氨酸水平升高可能是2型DM患者视网膜病变发生发展的一个重要相关因素。检测2型DM患者血清同型半胱氨酸浓度,对于糖尿病视网膜病变的诊疗具有一定的指导意义。
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum homocysteine level and retinopathy in type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM). Methods Twenty-five patients with type 2 DM complicated with retinopathy and 43 patients with simple type 2 DM (without any complication) were selected as the observation group and 36 outpatients were selected as the normal control group. All subjects were tested for homocysteine (Hcy), fasting blood glucose, postprandial blood glucose 2h and HbA1C, and the results were analyzed. Results Serum Hcy concentration was (15.45 ± 8.64) μmol / L in patients with type 2 DM complicated with retinopathy, which was significantly higher than that of the normal control group (8.56 ± 1.43 μmol / L vs 9.43 ± 2.18 μmol / L All <0.01). Conclusion The elevated homocysteine levels may be an important factor in the development of retinopathy in type 2 diabetic patients. Detection of serum homocysteine levels in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus has some guiding significance in the diagnosis and treatment of diabetic retinopathy.
