目的:优选新疆榅桲叶与果实中总黄酮的提取工艺。方法:以总黄酮含量为指标,采用正交试验考察加醇量、超声提取时间、超声功率、乙醇体积分数4个因素对提取工艺的影响。结果:榅桲叶和果实中总黄酮最佳提取工艺均为A3B3C3D1,即加30倍量60%乙醇超声提取40 min,超声功率80%。叶中总黄酮含量较果实中高。结论:优选的总黄酮提取工艺稳定可行,为新疆医药的开发提供实验依据。
Objective: To optimize the extraction process of total flavonoids in leaves and fruits of Alsophila spinulosa in Xinjiang. Methods: Taking total flavonoids content as an index, orthogonal experiment was used to investigate the effects of four factors including extraction volume, ultrasonic extraction time, ultrasonic power and ethanol volume fraction on the extraction process. Results: The optimum extraction process of total flavonoids in leaves and fruits was A3B3C3D1, which was extracted with 30 times the amount of 60% ethanol for 40 min and the ultrasonic power was 80%. The content of total flavonoids in leaves is higher than that in fruits. Conclusion: The optimized extraction process of total flavonoids is stable and feasible, which provides the experimental basis for the development of Xinjiang medicine.
