对比研究了通用高速钢M2和四种低合金高速钢在空气介质中加热时的氧化和脱碳特性。并证明0.8%Si能防止合钼高速钢产生“灾难性氧化”,并能提高钢抗氧化性和抗脱碳性。钒明显增加高速钢脱碳倾向。
The oxidation and decarburization characteristics of general high speed steel M2 and four kinds of low alloy high speed steel during heating in air were compared. It is also proved that 0.8% Si can prevent “catastrophic oxidation” of molybdenum high speed steel and improve the oxidation resistance and decarburization resistance of steel. Vanadium significantly increases the decarburization tendency of HSS.
