目的探讨纯化后的血清不同倍比稀释法检测孕妇ABO血型IgG型抗A抗体效价、抗B抗体效价的可行性。方法采用1∶16、1∶32、1∶4倍比稀释法对同一份效价为512的IgG型抗A抗体的孕妇血清进行检测,再采用以上倍比稀释法检测200例孕妇IgG型抗A抗体效价、抗B抗体效价。结果三种倍比稀释法对同一份效价为512的IgG型抗A抗体孕妇血清检测的凝集强度与效价积分为45、47、45分;再采用三种倍比稀释法检测200例孕妇IgG型抗A抗体效价、抗B抗体效价,异常率为35.5%、36.0%、35.0%,三种方法检测的结果无显著性差异。结论采用更高倍比稀释纯化后血清检测孕妇血清中IgG型抗A抗体或抗B抗体效价,具有敏感性适当、缩短批量检测时间、节约试剂耗材等优点,适合对大批量血标本进行检测,具有一定实际应用价值。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the feasibility of using different dilution ratios of purified serum to detect the ABO blood group IgG anti-A antibody titers and anti-B antibody titers in pregnant women. Methods The pregnant women with the same titer of IgG type anti-A antibody of 512 were tested by 1:16, 1:32 and 1: 4 times dilution method, and then 200 pregnant women IgG anti-type antibodies A antibody titer, anti-B antibody titer. Results Three kinds of dilution ratio method for the same titer of IgG anti-A IgG antibody serum of pregnant women detected the agglutination strength and potency points were 45,47,45 points; and then three times dilution method was used to detect 200 pregnant women IgG anti-A antibody titer, anti-B antibody titer, the abnormal rate of 35.5%, 36.0%, 35.0%, the results of the three methods showed no significant difference. CONCLUSION: The titer of IgG anti-A or anti-B antibody in serum of pregnant women detected by serum with higher multiple dilution can be used to detect large quantities of blood samples with the advantages of appropriate sensitivity, shortened batch detection time, Has a certain practical value.
