植物组织和细胞培养技术是一门介于植物学、药学和生物学之间的边缘技术。它对资源紧张、生长周期长、不易栽培和繁殖、生产费用大、含有较高活性物质的植物的发展以及寻找有效药用成分和工业化生产药物无疑是很有意义的。应用此技术获取药用成分,近20年来发展迅速,受到国内外的普遍重视。本文选择有代表性的植物,概述这项技术在获取具有生理活性的生物碱、醌类、萜类、甾类、皂甙等化合物中的应用。
Plant tissue and cell culture technology is a marginal technology between botany, pharmacy and biology. It is undoubtedly significant for resource constraints, long growth cycles, difficulty in cultivation and reproduction, high production costs, development of plants containing higher active substances, and the search for effective pharmaceutical ingredients and industrially produced drugs. The use of this technology to obtain medicinal ingredients has developed rapidly in the past 20 years and has received widespread attention both at home and abroad. This article selects representative plants, and outlines the application of this technology in the acquisition of physiologically active alkaloids, terpenoids, terpenes, terpenes, saponins and other compounds.
