在热力学分析的基础上,分析了钾、钠、氯元素在热风炉耐火材料中的分布,研究了引起耐火材料软化收缩的原因,并提出了预防耐火材料软化破损的措施。研究结果表明,渗入到耐火材料中的钾、钠与Al2O3、SiO2等物质反应生成低熔点化合物,HCl和Al2O3反应生成气态氯化物,这是引起热风炉耐火材料软化收缩的主要原因。耐火材料表面处理、烧结矿使用低氯添加剂、及时更换破损布袋是防止热风炉耐火材料软化的主要措施。
Based on the analysis of thermodynamics, the distribution of potassium, sodium and chlorine in refractory of hot-blast stove was analyzed. The causes of softening and shrinkage of refractory were studied. The measures to prevent the softening of refractory were put forward. The results show that the infiltration of refractory potassium, sodium and Al2O3, SiO2 and other substances react to generate low melting point compounds, HCl and Al2O3 react to form gaseous chlorides, which is caused by the hot stove refractory shrinkage of the main reason. Refractory surface treatment, sinter using low chlorine additives, timely replacement of damaged bags is to prevent hot stove refractory softening of the main measures.
