库尔勒香梨是新疆的特产,皮薄多汁,香甜可口,品质之佳,闻名全国。为了延长市场供应、搞好香梨的贮藏保鲜工作,摸清果实采后生理活动的变化规律,我们对香梨贮藏期间糖分变化和呼吸代谢进行了探讨。 供试香梨采自库尔勒沙依冬园艺场,于1977年9月25日采收,装箱,运往乌鲁木齐市,经挑选后,9月30日放入半地下窖贮藏。窖温为0~16℃,空气相对湿度在70~90%之间,定期取样,进行测定。 还原糖根据Shaffer-Somogyi法测定;果糖按照法测定;蔗糖的测定是于滤液中加盐酸至2%,在70℃水浴锅上水解半小时后,测定还原糖;维生素丙的测
Korla fragrant pear is a specialty in Xinjiang, thin and juicy, sweet and delicious, good quality, well-known throughout the country. In order to prolong the market supply, improve the storage and preservation of fragrant pear, and find out the regularity of changes in physiological activity after harvest, we discussed the changes of sugar content and respiratory metabolism in pear during storage.
