教育部社会科学委员会 2 0 0 4年 6月 2 2日第一次全体会议讨论通过的《高等学校哲学社会科学研究学术规范 (试行 )》 ,已经引起人文社会科学界乃至社会各界的广泛关注和热烈讨论。为此 ,教育部社会科学研究与思想政治工作司还于 2 0 0 4年 11月 4~ 5日在杭州主办了“全国高校学术规范与学风建设论坛”。为了进一步推动《学术规范》的有效实施 ,确保学风建设的良性发展 ,本刊特邀杨海文、江传月、张丰乾 3位哲学博士撰写了这组笔谈。尽管 3位参与者的意见不尽一致 ,但这样做 ,或许更能促使真正意义上的学术规范精神真切地契入年轻一代人文社会科学工作者的学术人生之中。
The Academic Standards for Philosophical Social Scientific Research (Trial) in Higher Education Institutions, discussed and approved by the Social Science Committee of the Ministry of Education on February 22, 2004, has drawn wide attention from the humanities, social sciences and even from all walks of life Lively discussion. To this end, the Social Sciences Research and Ideological and Political Work Department of the Ministry of Education also hosted “National Forum on Academic Norms and Style of Study Building” in Hangzhou from November 4 to November 4, 2004. In order to further promote the effective implementation of “academic norms” and ensure the sound development of academic atmosphere, this article has invited Yang Ha-wen, Jiang Chuan-yue and Zhang Feng-chien to write this series of written speeches by three philosophers. Although the three participants did not agree on what they thought they would do, they might even be able to promote the genuine academic standardization truly into the academic life of the younger generation of humanities and social scientists.
