用气相色谱法测定车间空气中的乙醚,具有方法简便、灵敏度高,分析速度快等优点,其最低检出量为2×10~(-10)g,目前国家卫生标准规定车间空气中乙醚的最高容许浓度为500mg/m~3,故本法能满足测定车间空气中乙醚浓度的要求。 (一)仪器和操作条件 1.仪器:上分100型气相色谱仪。 2.色谱柱:长2m,内径4mm不锈钢柱,内装5%DNP+5%有机皂土+上试白色酸洗101担体,60~80目。柱温:100℃;检测器温度:150℃;氮气流量:45ml/min;空气流量:350ml/min;氢气流量:55ml/min。 (二)样品分析及计算
