中沧输气管道高唐阴保站阴极保护系统在运行过程中,通电点电位高于恒电位仪给定电位。经过核查,排除了系统自身存在问题的可能性。对通电点电位的测量过程进行了分析,结果表明:由于长效参比电极和便携式参比电极所处的电场强度不同,因此导致通电点电位与恒电位仪给定电位存在ΔU的差值。实践证明:直接将恒电位仪的长效参比电极接入通电点电位测试箱中,使长效参比电极和便携式参比电极选用同一个基准零点,可以完全消除ΔU。
During the operation of Cathodic Protection System of Gaotang Yinbaoling Station in Cangcang Gas Pipeline, the energization point potential is higher than that of potentiostatic potentiometer. After verification, ruled out the possibility of the system itself. The measuring process of power point potential is analyzed. The results show that there is a difference of ΔU between the power point potential and the potential of the potentiostat due to the different electric field strength between the long-term reference electrode and the portable reference electrode. Practice has proved that: Direct potentiostat long-term reference electrode access point energization potential test box, the long-term reference electrode and portable reference electrode use the same reference zero, you can completely eliminate ΔU.
