5 Fluorouracil (5 FU) Long-circulating PEGylated liposomes are a controlled-release, targeted agent. It can overcome the shortcomings of ordinary liposomes in the circulation of the organism, which is easy to be swallowed by the liver and spleen macrophages, and prolongs the action time of 5 FU in the blood. In this experiment, the pharmacokinetics of 5 FU long-circulating liposomes in vivo were investigated and compared with 5 FU aqueous solution.
