我公司在浙江长广发电厂200吨倒锥壳水塔施工中,采用了整体现浇混凝土法。水箱模板不用落地顶撑,施工简便,节约工料。现将具体做法介绍如下。该水塔套用S844(三)TZ25-4标准图。按设计要求推广滑模法进行支筒作业。但对这样一个小项目置办一套设备模具,实在浪费。权衡利弊,我们选用木模法现浇支筒。
In the construction of 200 tons inverted cone water tower in Zhejiang Changguang Power Plant, our company adopted the overall cast-in-place concrete method. The water tank formwork does not need to be strut-supported, the construction is simple and the material is saved. The specific practices are described below. The water tower applies standard drawing of S844 (C) TZ25-4. According to the design requirements, the sliding mode method is used to carry out the operation of the supports. However, it is a waste to purchase a set of equipment molds for such a small project. Weighing the pros and cons, we use cast-in-situ cast-in-place cylinders.
