伴随着市场经济快速发展建设,企业经营建设规模也不断增加,人力资源管理工作作为企业管理工作中的重要组成部门,对于企业经营建设具有重要作用。企业在经营建设中最为重要的资源就是人力资源,甚至可以说企业人力资源对于企业组织绩效具有直接性影响。面对竞争越加激烈的人力市场,企业怎么提高人力资源管理水平,对于企业今后发展都具有重要意义。本文就以企业战略性作为基础,对于人力资源管理对组织效能的影响进行分析研究,主要目的就是提高企业人力资源管理水平,推动企业更好发展。
With the rapid development of the market economy, the scale of business operation has also been on the increase. As an important part of business management, human resources management plays an important role in the construction of business operations. The most important resource in the operation and construction of enterprises is human resources. It can even be said that the human resources of enterprises have a direct impact on the performance of enterprises. Faced with the increasingly fierce competition in the human resource market, how enterprises improve the level of human resources management is of great significance to the future development of the enterprise. Based on the enterprise strategy, this paper analyzes and studies the impact of human resource management on organizational effectiveness. The main purpose of this paper is to improve the level of human resource management and promote the development of enterprises.
