中国消费者协会提出,只要包装体积明显超过商品本身的10%和包装费用明显超出商品的30%,就可定为过度包装,判定为“商业欺诈”。
China Consumer Association proposed that as long as the packaging volume significantly more than 10% of the product itself and packaging costs significantly exceed the 30% of goods, can be set as over-packaging, as “commercial fraud ”.
