本文对1Gr18Ni12Mo2Ti奥氏体型不锈钢进行了加板、加稀土;加板、未加稀土;未加板、未加稀土的离子SNC三元共渗时对比试验。结果表明,在相同温度、时间条件下,加板、加稀土者渗层厚度最大;加板、未加稀土其次;二者均未加者最小。但它们的硬化效果相同,均为HV0.31≥860。还探讨了溅射铁原子的氮载体作用和稀土的催渗作用。
In this paper, 1Gr18Ni12Mo2Ti austenitic stainless steel was added plate, plus rare earth; plus plate, without rare earth; without plate, without rare earth SNC ternary infiltration comparative test. The results show that under the condition of the same temperature and time, the thickness of infiltrated layer is the largest with addition of plate and rare earth, followed by the addition of plate without addition of rare earth, and the smallest of both. But their hardening effect is the same, are HV0.31 ≥ 860. The effect of nitrogen carrier on sputtered iron atom and the catalytic effect of rare earth were also discussed.
