以LED模组为光源、光电倍增管为光接收器设计了一种紫外光传输实验系统,利用该系统对波长为265nm的紫外光视距和非视距两种传输方式下的传输特性进行测试,并把测试结果和理论模型进行了对比分析。结果表明,室内紫外光传输满足在LOS方式下接收光功率与距离平方成反比、NLOS方式下接收光功率与距离成反比的关系,同时室内反射作用能够影响散射特性。设计紫外光通信系统时要综合考虑通信距离和功率的需求,留出足够功率裕量。研究结果为紫外光通信系统的设计提供了参考。
Using LED module as light source and photomultiplier tube as optical receiver, an experiment system of ultraviolet light transmission was designed. The system was used to test the transmission characteristics under both UV and non-line-of-sight , And the test results and theoretical models were compared. The results show that the indoor UV transmission satisfies the inverse relationship between the received optical power and the square of the distance in LOS mode. The received optical power in NLOS mode is inversely proportional to the distance, and the indoor reflection can affect the scattering characteristics. When designing the UV communication system, we must consider the requirements of communication distance and power, leaving enough power margin. The results provide a reference for the design of UV communication system.
