结合实例介绍了计算机辅助技术(CAD-CAE-CAM)在快速铸造成形中的应用。采用CAD技术(UG)对铸造工艺进行快速设计,利用CAE技术(Pro CAST)对工艺过程进行模拟仿真,并对其进行优化;最后利用无模具的数字化精确砂型制造技术成功的制备出了符合要求的铸型。该技术与传统的铸造模式相比,具有效率高、生产周期短等优点,同时铸件的内部质量和尺寸精度均符合要求,适合小批量甚至单件铸件的研制和生产。
The application of computer aided technology (CAD-CAE-CAM) in rapid casting forming is introduced with examples. The CAD technology (UG) was used to design the casting process quickly and the process was simulated and optimized by CAE technology (Pro CAST). Finally, the die-free digital precision sand manufacturing technology was successfully used to meet the requirements Of the mold. Compared with the traditional casting mode, this technology has the advantages of high efficiency and short production cycle.
