本文针对甲苯法制备己内酰胺精制过程中存在的甲苯萃取选择性低、易乳化、能耗高和产品质量差等问题及己内酰胺装置扩容改造的需求,通过对苯、甲苯、环己烷、乙酸丁酯、正庚烷、正辛烷、正辛醇等7种有机溶剂的萃取性能测试,开发出了1种萃取新工艺——即用苯/环己烷混合溶剂代替甲苯萃取剂。该萃取新工艺投用后不仅使甲苯法制己内酰胺萃取能力提高了81%,满足了石家庄化纤有限责任公司己内酰胺16万吨/年扩容改造的需求,而且使己内酰胺的萃取质量大幅提高,能耗、物耗显著降低。
