本文从多投入的角度出发,结合资金、人力等要素,利用标准DEA模型对我国各地区电能利用效率进行计算,对用电比重比较大的工业用电节能潜力进行了分析。在此基础上计算技术进步指数以及Malmquist生产率指数,对各地区效率变动情况进行动态分析,寻找效率差异和效率变动的影响因素,对今后相关部门的管理和决策提供定量的数据支持。
In this paper, from a multi-input perspective, combined with capital, human factors and other factors, using standard DEA model to calculate the efficiency of electricity use in various regions of China, the relatively large proportion of electricity consumption of industrial electricity-saving potential were analyzed. On this basis, the index of technological progress and the Malmquist productivity index are calculated, and the dynamic changes of efficiency in different regions are analyzed to find out the factors that affect the efficiency and efficiency, and to provide quantitative data support for the management and decision-making of relevant departments in the future.
