给出一种利用现有公用电话网（PSTN）的远程分布式电信交接箱集中监控系统的设计和实现思路。介绍了系统的结构原理、内部通信约定和数据库的主要构造，提出了一种高效的以数据为中心的客户／服务器＋树型控制的监控方案。研究表明，该系统既能解决无人值守的分布式远程监控问题，又具有扩充电信业务的应用前景。
This paper presents a design and implementation of a centralized monitoring system for remote distributed telecom transfer boxes using the existing public switched telephone network (PSTN). This paper introduces the structural principle of the system, the internal communication protocol and the main structure of the database, and proposes an efficient data-centric client / server + tree control monitoring scheme. Research shows that the system can not only solve the problem of unattended distributed remote monitoring, but also have the application prospect of expanding telecom service.
