孤东采油厂作为中国石化上游重要开发单位之一,为维持油田开发需要,每年修井物资费用达到18700万元,但管理这些物资主要延用多年账单为主,作业物资的计划、采购、仓储、发放、领取、应用处于松散的和不可控制的。为此,迫切需要以信息技术为基础,创新现代作业物资管理模式,该管理以信息化为依托,有效地实现了对出库物资的动态管理,使物资从入库-验收-申请-审核-发放-回收的所有的环节形成了标准化、流程化、网络化管理;其次该管理要充分和生产、作业、经营、管理相结合,与基层单位第一手的生产数据关联,搭建统一的基层信息化平台,提高工作效率和管理水平。
