用伤寒沙门菌（Ｓｔｗ）Ｆｅ－ＳＯＤ免疫家兔制备免抗Ｆｅ－ＳＯＤ血清，ＥＬＩＳＡ效价为１∶１０２４０。双向琼脂扩散试验结果显示此抗体不与牛红细胞ＳＯＤ形成沉淀线，抗体可抑制Ｓｔｗ及鼠伤寒沙门菌（Ｓｔｍ）无细胞溶解物中部分ＳＯＤ活性，对小鼠腹腔吞噬细胞杀灭Ｓｔｗ无影响（Ｐ＞０．０５），但对受５ＬＤ５０Ｓｔｍ攻击的小鼠有交叉免疫保护作用（Ｐ＜０．０５）。
Rabbits were immunized with Salmonella typhimurium (Stw) Fe-SOD to prepare anti-Fe-SOD serum. The ELISA titer was 1:10240. Two-way agar diffusion test showed that the antibody did not precipitate with SOD of bovine erythrocytes, and the antibody could inhibit some SOD activity of Stw and Stm of cell-free lysate, and had no effect on the killing of Stw by mouse peritoneal phagocytes P> 0.05) but had a cross-protective effect on mice challenged with 5LD50Stm (P <0.05).
