1 前言水及体液中的锌浓度是人体健康的重要指标。国内采用双硫腙比色法、原子吸收法和阳极溶出法等测定,但各有其局限性。本文应用微分电位溶出法测定水、尿和血中锌含量。由于样品不需消化、浓缩或萃取等繁杂手续,即可直接进行自动分析,且不受颜色、电活性物质和有机物等的影响,具有灵敏度高、重现性好、操作简便等优点,故便于推广应用。 2 仪器与试剂 2.1 仪器 XRW-1型微机化微分电位溶出仪,地矿部北京地质仪器厂研制,采用三电极系统,配有Laser-PP40打印绘图仪。
