案例研究提供真實情境讓管理者處理兩難或不確定問題,案例也是讓學生從學習生涯去描述案例或問題的學習方式,能促使學生面對案例問題中學習如何做決定。本研究具體目的:一、在教育法規課程中,探討案例教學法的功能。二、分析在教育法規課程中,使用案例教學法的限制。三、在教育法規課程實施案例教學後,教師對案例教學法的反思與成長。本研究運用訪談、省思札記等方式來蒐集資料。研究發現案例教學能協助學生批判思考、解決問題、反省與應用知識等。
Case studies provide real-world scenarios for managers to deal with dilemmas or uncertainties. Cases are also ways in which students can describe cases or problems from their careers and can motivate students to learn how to make decisions in the context of case studies. The specific purpose of this study: First, in the education law curriculum, explore the function of case teaching method. Second, analyze the limitations of using the case teaching method in the education law curriculum. Third, after the implementation of the teaching of education laws and regulations in the curriculum, the teacher’s reflection and growth of the case teaching method. This study uses interviews, notes and other ways to collect information. The study found that case teaching can help students think critically, solve problems, reflect and apply knowledge.
