目的:探讨麻黄碱及其相关物质HPLC的测定方法。方法:采用高分离度液相色谱法分析,色谱柱Luna C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相:0.3%磷酸-甲醇(10:90),流速1.0mL·min-1,检测波长209nm。结果:盐酸麻黄碱的回归方程为P=0.049221A-2.16942,r=0.9997,线性范围4.0~120mg·L-1,平均回收率为99.5%。结论:本方法稳定、准确、灵敏、快速,是检测麻黄碱其相关物质的较理想方法。
Objective: To investigate the determination of ephedrine and its related substances by HPLC. Methods: High performance liquid chromatography (LC) was used. The mobile phase consisted of Luna C18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm), mobile phase consisted of 0.3% phosphoric acid- methanol (10:90), flow rate 1.0 mL · min- . Results: The regression equation of ephedrine hydrochloride was P = 0.049221A-2.16942, r = 0.9997, the linear range was 4.0-120 mg · L-1, and the average recovery was 99.5%. Conclusion: The method is stable, accurate, sensitive and rapid, which is a better method to detect ephedrine related substances.
