锰在铜钴精矿中一般含量是钴的4~5倍。以回收钴为主流程,采用拌硫酸硫酸化的办法,使Co Cu Mn转化为可溶性盐。由于Mn的金属性强、含量高,故其转化率高,它在烧矿的浸出液内略高于精矿中的Mn: Co。浸出液设计采用苏打中和(逆流)法除Fe Cu,除Fe Cu后液用Na_2S使Co沉淀成CoS和液中Mn分开。沉Co后液几乎残留所有的Mn,此液即为综合回收锰的原料,其大致成分为:Mn 17~25g/l; Co30~50mg/l;Ni 1~2 mg/l;
The general content of manganese in copper and cobalt concentrate is 4 to 5 times that of cobalt. In order to recover cobalt as the main process, sulfated sulfuric acid is used to convert Co Cu Mn into soluble salts. Due to the strong metallicity and high content of Mn, its high conversion rate is slightly higher than Mn: Co. in concentrate. The leachate was designed to remove Fe Cu by soda neutralization (countercurrent) method, and Co was precipitated into CoS and Mn from the liquid by addition of Na 2 S after Fe Cu addition. After almost all remaining Mn precipitates in the Co solution, the liquid is a comprehensive recovery of manganese raw materials, the approximate composition of: Mn 17 ~ 25g / l; Co30 ~ 50mg / l; Ni1 ~ 2mg / l;
