白藜芦醇(Rersveratrol)化学名:反式3,4′,5-三羟基二苯乙烯(3,4′,5-trihydroxystilbene),分子式C14H12O3,分子量228.2,属于多酚类化合物。自然界中白藜芦醇广泛存在于葡萄和中药虎杖、决明子等植物中,以新鲜葡萄皮中的含量为最高,在红葡萄酒中白藜芦醇浓度高达1.5~3.0mg/L。
Resveratrol chemical name: trans-3,4′,5-trihydroxystilbene, molecular formula C14H12O3, molecular weight 228.2, belonging to polyphenolic compounds. Resveratrol is widely found in the natural world in grape and Chinese herbal medicine Polygonum cuspidatum, cassia seed and other plants. The content of fresh grape skin is the highest, and the resveratrol concentration in red wine is as high as 1.5-3.0 mg/L.
