目的 :探讨牛磺酸对高剂量链脲佐菌素 糖尿病性白内障的影响。方法 :将 30只Wistar大鼠平均分为三组 ,定期用裂隙灯照相显微镜和微量快速血糖仪检测各组动物。结果 :诱发后 1、4、8和 12周 ,牛磺酸组和STZ组的血糖值明显高于对照组 ,但诱发后 1周 ,牛磺酸组的血糖明显低于STZ组。诱发第 4周 ,牛磺酸组的白内障发生率为 5 7 14% ,而STZ组为87 5 % ,诱发第 8、12周 ,牛磺酸组全混浊的晶状体分别为 2 1 42 %及 42 86 % ,而STZ组分别为 43 75 %及 6 8 75 %。结论 :牛磺酸尚能延缓高剂量链脲佐菌素 糖尿病性白内障的发生和发展。
Objective: To investigate the effect of taurine on high-dose streptozotocin diabetic cataract. Methods: Thirty Wistar rats were equally divided into three groups. The animals in each group were examined regularly by slit lamp and microscopic fast glucose meter. RESULTS: At 1, 4, 8 and 12 weeks after induction, the blood glucose level in taurine and STZ groups was significantly higher than that in control group. However, one week after induction, the blood glucose level in taurine group was significantly lower than that in STZ group. At 4 weeks, the incidence of cataract in the taurine group was 57.14%, while in the STZ group 87.5%, the total turbidity in the taurine group was 21 42% and 42 86% in the STZ group and 43 75% and 68 75% in the STZ group, respectively. Conclusion: Taurine can delay the occurrence and development of high-dose streptozotocin diabetic cataract.
