新世纪以来,随着各类教育的快速发展,学校所拥有的固定资产的总量得到迅速增长,如何规范固定资产的常态管理,充分发挥其价值与效能是当下各类学校面临的一个重要课题。本文试从以“五种意识”为引领、以全员化、制度化、专业化、真实化和信息化等角度,对加强学校固定资产管理,促进学校固定资产管理科学化予以了剖析探讨。以期与同行们共勉。
