目的分析粘胶纤维生产工艺中的职业病危害情况,辨别关键控制的职业病危害因素,提出合理、可行的防护对策,为行政部门对粘胶纤维生产企业的职业卫生监督提供科学依据。方法对2家新建的粘胶纤维企业作业现场进行职业卫生学调查,对工作场所中职业病危害因素浓度(强度)检测结果进行分析。结果新建投产的粘胶纤维厂生产工艺和设备较为先进,作业人员接触化学有害因素浓度和高温强度均符合职业接触限值要求,压榨、精练、废胶离心等环节噪声超标较为严重,超标率为62.5%。结论二硫化碳和噪声是该工艺中需关键控制的职业病危害因素,企业应加强职业卫生管理,特别加强对该工艺中二硫化碳和噪声的控制。
Objective To analyze the occupational hazards in the viscose fiber production process, identify the critical control factors of occupational diseases, and put forward reasonable and feasible protective measures to provide a scientific basis for the administration of viscose fiber production enterprises occupational health supervision. Methods The occupational hygiene of two newly-built viscose fiber enterprises was investigated and the results of concentration (intensity) detection of occupational hazards in the workplace were analyzed. Results The viscose fiber factory newly put into operation had advanced production technology and equipment. The workers exposed to chemical harmful factors concentration and high temperature strength all met the occupational exposure limit requirements. The excessive noise in crushing, scouring, 62.5%. Conclusion Carbon disulfide and noise are the key risk factors of occupational diseases in the process. Enterprises should strengthen occupational health management and especially control the carbon disulfide and noise in the process.
