川西气田侏罗系气藏已开发30a,属于老气田,地层、岩性、油气水分布等地质情况已明确。在不影响钻井安全、储层评价、测试选层情况下,对不同井型、井别井从测井系列、测井工艺、测井井段等3个方面进行优化:常规开发井全井段不进行标准测井、综合测井,扩边水平井段、扩边定向井段或导眼井段在井筒条件较好情况下保留综合测井;探井一开不进行标准测井;二开制井身结构井一开固井后不进行工程测井;标准测井取消自然电位测井项目;非特殊情况固井质量测井不测变密度项目;水平井水平段取消双井径(裸眼完井除外)、微球聚焦测井项目;采用电缆短接法、水平井测井电缆保护器对湿接头测井方式进行改进。优化方案在2013~2014年钻井地质设计中已累计应用127井次,节约测井费用877.57万元,节省钻井周期104d,降本增效成果显著。
