用DSC研究了熔融时间(tmelt)和退火结晶时间(ta)以及聚苯硫醚(PPS)对聚醚醚酮(PEEK)多熔融行为的影响。PPS加入使PEEK熔融多峰移向高温,易于形成熔融3峰。随ta延长及PPS含量增加,低温峰移向高温,高温峰移向低温,而在中间峰温区形成单一高而尖的熔融峰。在接近PEEK熔点温度退火时,发现共混物中PEEK的熔点比纯PEEK的高。
The effect of melting time (tmelt) and annealing crystallization time (ta) and polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) on the poly-melt behavior of polyetheretherketone (PEEK) were investigated by DSC. PPS join PEEK melt multi-shift to high temperature, easy to form melt 3 peak. With the prolongation of leaching and the increase of PPS content, the low temperature peak shifts to high temperature, the high temperature peak shifts to low temperature, while the single high peak sharp melt peak forms in the middle peak temperature. Upon annealing near the melting temperature of PEEK, the melting point of PEEK in the blend was found to be higher than that of pure PEEK.
