激光应用于临床手术已有广泛的开展,但多用于体表和少数腹腔的普通手术,对实质脏器国内外开展的还很少。为了探讨激光应用于内脏手术和内脏癌肿的治疗,我院曾于1975年用Co_2激光刀作过动物肝脏手术的赏试,取得了初步的经验,1980年相继开展了中功率Co_2激光刀对动物肝脏组织的切割、汽化清除实验研究,以探讨激光治疗肝癌的可能性。本组实验研究用刀头输出功率52.2的Co_2激光手术刀,以功率密度7.3×10~4/cm~2及6.6×10~3/cm~2,分别对10只狗作了肝脏组织切割、汽化清除手术,现将实验结果初步总结如下:
Lasers have been widely used in clinical surgery, but they have been used in many cases, such as body surface and a small number of abdominal operations. There are very few physical and visceral organs developed at home and abroad. In order to explore the application of laser in the treatment of visceral surgery and visceral cancer, our hospital used the Co 2 laser knife as a reward test for animal liver surgery in 1975 and gained preliminary experience. In 1980, the medium-power Co 2 laser knife was successively developed for animal liver. Tissue cutting, vaporization clearance experimental studies to explore the possibility of laser treatment of liver cancer. In this group of experiments, a Co 2 laser scalpel with a cutter head output power of 52.2 was used. The power density was 7.3×10~4/cm~2 and 6.6×10~3/cm~2.
