大学生村官从学校直接走向农村,在实际工作中往往满怀理想却欠缺对农村以及农村工作的深入认识和了解,面对复杂的农村社会关系缺乏基本的工作经验。而高校在大学生村官职业认知和技能教育上虽然具有先天的优势和可行性,但却没有充分发挥其应有的作用。因此,应通过大学生职业生涯规划、通修课程、就业指导、社会实践等多种方式开展对在校大学生到村任职的针对性教育。
The direct experience of college graduate village officials from school directly to the rural areas is often full of ideals in actual work but lacks deep understanding and understanding of rural and rural work and lacks basic working experience in complex rural social relations. However, college students have innate superiority and feasibility in vocational recognition and skills education of college graduate village officials, but they have not given full play to their due role.
