采用化学成分分析、金相检验及综合分析等方法对40Cr滑块产生的裂纹进行分析。结果表明:该材料在锻造过程中,因锻造工艺不当产生带状组织;带状组织与硫化物夹杂二者共同作用导致滑块产生锻造裂纹。
Cracks generated by 40Cr sliders were analyzed by chemical composition analysis, metallographic examination and comprehensive analysis. The results show that during the forging process, the strip has a banded structure due to the improper forging process. The banded structure and the sulfide inclusions together lead to the forging cracks in the slider.
