一、现行教育管理模式的弊端新课程改革是一场以课程教材改革为表征的,反映时代精神的教育革命,是对产生于计划经济时代、与经济社会发展相脱节的学校教育的全面整体变革,它绝不是用一种教材去更换另一种教材,用一种教学技术去更换另一种教学技术,而是包括教育目标、课程体系、教学思想以及教学管理模式在内的全方位的变革。只有当教学组织机构、规范体系、内在激励机制发生了根本的变化,课程改革才会持续深入,才不会流于形式半途而废。可见,教学管理模式的重建既是新课程改革的外在保障,又是新课程改革的重要组成部分。然而现行的教学管理模式存在诸多弊端,很大程度不能适应新课改的需要,它们主要表现为:
