目的总结肿瘤微创消融新技术——不可逆性电穿孔的临床应用。方法对国内外相关文献进行综述分析。结果不可逆性电穿孔与传统消融技术相比,具有界限清晰、组织选择性好、不受血流热/冷吸除作用影响、消融时间短等优点,在合并其他疾病无法耐受手术、晚期不适合行手术切除及直径在3 cm以下的实质性肿瘤患者的治疗中发挥重要作用。结论不可逆性电穿孔作为一种肿瘤微创消融新技术,具有极高的安全性和有效性。
Objective To summarize the clinical application of minimally invasive ablation of tumors - irreversible electroporation. Methods The related literature at home and abroad are reviewed and analyzed. Results Compared with the traditional ablation technique, irreversible electroporation has the advantages of clear boundary, good tissue selectivity, no effect of blood flow hot / cold aspiration, short ablation time and so on. It is unable to tolerate surgery in combination with other diseases, It is suitable for surgical resection and for the treatment of patients with solid tumors below 3 cm in diameter. Conclusion Irreversible electroporation is a new technique of minimally invasive ablation of tumor with high safety and effectiveness.
