目的 研究铸铝件用PEPSET 树脂自硬砂和呋喃树脂自硬砂的工艺性能. 方法 对比两种造型制芯材料常温性能和高温性能的实验研究方法. 结果 通过实验获得两种树脂自硬砂的工艺参数, 并就两种自硬砂的硬化速度、硬透性、发气性等的实验结果曲线进行对比分析. 结论 PEPSET 树脂自硬砂工艺性能良好, 可望成为树脂自硬砂工艺的一个重要的发展方向.
Objective To study the process performance of PEPSET resin self-hardening sand and furan resin self-hardening sand for cast aluminum parts. Methods The experimental methods of comparing the two kinds of core materials at room temperature and high temperature were compared. Results The technological parameters of the two kinds of resin self-hardening sand were obtained through experiments. The experimental results of the two kinds of self-hardening sand, such as hardening speed, hard permeability and gas evolution, were compared and analyzed. Conclusion PEPSET resin self-hardening sand process performance is good, is expected to become an important direction of development of resin self-hardening sand process.
