通过5年的定位试验,结果表明,长期有机无机肥配施或粮肥轮作、间种配施化肥均能提高黄壤土类黄泥土、黄红壤土类黄红泥土和潮土类潮泥土的有机质、腐殖质和活性腐殖质含量,其中胡敏酸、富里酸也相应地增加,但以粮肥轮作、间种配施化肥的培肥效果最好。粮肥轮作、间种配施化肥还能提高土壤腐殖质的胡/富比值。各处理的影响不仅局限于土壤耕层,但以0-50cm土层的效果显著。
