Objective: To study the correlation between time domain index, frequency domain index and Lorenz scatter index in patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods: Forty-four patients with acute myocardial infarction were examined by electrocardiogram (ECG) for 24 hours 10-14 days after hospital admission. Linear regression analysis was performed on the time-frequency index, frequency-domain index and Lorenz scatter index of heart rate variability. Results: The vector length index VII of the scatter plot was positively correlated with the time domain index SDNNSDANN (r = 0.99, P <0.001 and r = 0.71, P <0.001). Scatter plot vector angle index VAI was positively correlated with the time domain rMSSD PNN50 (r = 78 P <0.001). In addition, the vector length index VLI of the scatter plot is positively correlated with the TP and VLF of the frequency domain analysis (r = 0.81 P <0.001.r = 0.70 P <0.001), while the scatter plot vector width index VAI and frequency High-frequency HF and ultra-high frequency UHF components of domain analysis were positively correlated (r = 0.66 P <0.001 and r = 0.76 P <0.001). Conclusion: The vector length index (VLI) of scatter plot is positively related to the slow frequency change (SDNN SDANN) in time domain analysis and the total high frequency (TP) and very low frequency component (VLF) in frequency domain analysis. The scattergram vector angle index VAI is positively correlated with the fast frequency change in the time domain analysis (rMSSD PNN50) and the high frequency HF and UHF UHF components in the frequency domain analysis.
